March 19th is a special day at St. Augustine Distillery: eight years ago, we opened our doors to the public and sold our very first bottle of Florida Cane Vodka. To celebrate our eighth anniversary at Riberia Street, we want to take you back in time to show you how a dormant ice plant became the home of The Spirit of Florida®.

One of the core missions of St. Augustine Distillery is to provide spirits education to those in our community who wish to learn more. In the coming months, we will offer cocktail tastings, VIP Tours, and specialty classes, some of which will be curated and designed specifically for women. We are also working with a nationally recognized women’s spirits organization to create a Florida chapter, which will provide educational experiences across the state.
