Florida Cane Vodka

40% ABV / 80 PROOF

Our Florida Cane Vodka is distilled from 100% Florida-grown sugar cane. We take a cane neutral spirit and distill it in our pot still. Our Distillers make precise head and tail cuts, refining the spirit while leaving hints of cane sweetness. We gently filter the vodka to preserve the cane character and ensure a fresh, full-bodied flavor.

COLOR: Crystal Clear, sparkling.

NOSE: Fresh with a hint of Cane Sugar, hint of grass, slight floral.

TASTE: Soft, round mouthfeel, pleasant natural sweetness. Hints of anise, white pepper, and molasses.

This vodka mixes well in any cocktail, or is wonderful enjoyed on its own. Our favorite choices are the Florida Mule, and a nice, dry Martini.

You will see lots of claims about vodka. Typically, these claims center around “Distilled 12 times” and “Diamond (or other special item) Filtered.” We don’t abide by most of these marketing ploys. Multiple distillations typically refer to the number of plates in a column still (we, of course, use our pot still). We prefer to present a vodka that retains its Florida character while rewarding you with a remarkable drinking spirit.
