The Saint Bourbon

This exclusive spirit is made by finishing our award-winning Florida Straight Bourbon in barrels that previously held our Old Fashioned Mix. We bottle it at barrel strength. So smooth, that you absolutely will not believe that you are drinking a high-proof spirit!
COLOR: Deep, rich amber. Tremendous depth.
NOSE: Warm and smooth, with notes of toffee, winter fruit and mulled wine spice, hints of citrus.
TASTE: Unbelievably smooth. Silky mouthfeel. Taste starts with ripe cherry and chocolate, followed by notes of aromatic bitters. Sweet overtones develop into dark chocolate, caramel and vanilla, with a gentle warmth that starts deep in your chest.
Best enjoyed over a single, large cube of ice. Sit back and enjoy this spirit for the special treat that it is.
We make an Old Fashioned Mix for the Florida Straight Bourbon that is aged in our used bourbon barrels. Once the Old Fashioned Mix is aged and bottled, we get those barrels back, all infused with the delicious ingredients from the mix. We then put mature Florida Straight Bourbon in those barrels, let it finish for 4 – 6 months, and bottle it at barrel strength. Our current releases are at 114.4 proof (57.2% ABV). Future releases may vary depending on what the barrel does.
