Barrel Aged Gin: Red Vermouth
The first of its kind, we aged our New World Gin in red and white sweet vermouth barrels for a very limited release (only 1,200 bottles of each). Aging gin in oak barrels helps produce a softer, rounder, and more complex flavor profile. This is just one of the reasons that we took our New World Gin and aged it for one year in some of the world’s finest vermouth barrels.
