What are your tour hours?
Our self-guided tour is available from 10:30am - 5:30pm, 7 days a week! Our guided experiences are available throughout the week. Please see our guided experiences page for dates and times. Learn more.
What are your retail shop hours?
10:00am - 6:00pm, 7 days a week!
Can we bring our children on your tour?
We welcome visitors of all ages on our self-guided tour. However, visitors must be 21+ to attend any of our guided experiences.
Do you have on-site parking?
We do have free on-site parking that is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Do we need to make a reservation to take a tour?
Our self-guided tour does not require a reservation. To join our guided experiences, we do recommend making a reservation as these sell out quickly.
Are you pet-friendly?
We do allow dogs on our tour. We ask owners to please keep their dogs on a leash while in the building. We welcome trained service dogs in each of our guided experiences.
Do you offer private tours?
We do not offer private tours at this time, but our guided experiences have a very limited capacity for a more intimate experience
Can you ship your spirits?
While Florida law does not allow us to ship directly, we are able to ship to a select number of states through an online retailer! Click here to shop now.
Do you serve food?
The Ice Plant Bar & Restaurant is located upstairs in our building and is open for lunch & dinner service. The restaurant is under separate ownership from our distillery. Please contact them directly for hours and inquiries at (904) 829-6553.
Is your tour wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely! We have several safety ramps for guests to enter for our tours.
