At the St. Augustine Distillery we always strive for greatness. Our Barrel Finished Gin is completely made at the St. Augustine Distillery, using our New World Gin botanical recipe. It is then transformed into a completely different gin experience by finishing the spirit for a full year in our freshly dumped bourbon barrels. Thus, creating one of the most spectacular barrel finished gins.
After a year of finishing in our maritime climate, our bourbon barrels impart a beautiful flavor, and give the spirit a round, smooth, soft sweetness. The interactions between the oak vanillins, lactones and the different botanicals are what make the gin so special and unique. Bottled perfectly at 100 Proof. Enjoy on the rocks or in your favorite gin cocktails.
COLOR: Raw honey.
NOSE: Warm citrus and baking spice, oak, caramel and vanilla and hints of juniper.
TASTE: Orange creamsicle, spicy cinnamon, toasty citrus, vanilla sugar, and butterscotch.

Recipe:
1 Part St. Augustine Distillery Gin
2 Parts Seltzer
Serve in a Rocks or Highball glass over crushed ice
Garnish with fresh citrus

Summer Bramble
2 cups St. Augustine Gin
1 Bottle Prosecco
2 Cups Florida Blackberries
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
Garnish Orange & Basil
Directions
Combine blackberries, sugar and water in a sauce pot and bring to a simmer. Cook until berries are soft and sauce starts to thicken. Remove from heat and chill immediately.
In a large pitcher, combine blackberry syrup, Gin and orange slices. Keep chilled.
When ready to serve, open chilled Prosecco and add to the gin mixture. Add basil and ice. Enjoy!
Mango Campari Float
1.5 oz St. Augustine Gin
1.5oz Campari
1.5oz Mango Juice
6oz Pineapple Mango Perrier
2 Scoops Ice Cream
1 Tsp Chopped Candied Ginger
Garnish Orange & Mint Leaves
Directions
Add two slices of orange to the inside of a Collins glass and set aside. Add Campari, Gin, Mango Juice and Pineapple Mango Perrier to a mixing glass and stir.
Pour the mixture into the Collins glass and top with 2 scoops of ice cream.
Add candied ginger and mint leaves for garnish. Enjoy immediately!
Oldest City Raspberry Mule
2oz St. Augustine Gin
1 oz Ginger Beer
1.5oz Lime Juice
3 Raspberries
1 Mint Sprig
1 Candied Ginger
Directions
Muddle a raspberry and lime juice into a mule cup or cocktail glass.
Add the rest of the ingredients and crushed ice.
Garnish with two raspberries, a mint sprig, a lime wheel & candied ginger!
