Filled on New Year's Eve 2017, we named this barrel in honor of the time passed since it found its place in our rickhouse nearly 5 years ago. This bourbon boasts sweet and toasty notes of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, very reminiscent of the autumn season when it was first barreled.
