“Down to Earth”

As the official spirit of Jacksonville Magazine’s Great Chefs VI, held on March 3rd at TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra, Florida, St. Augustine Distillery Florida Cane Vodka was used to concoct some delicious cocktails. The runner-up of the event’s Cocktail Challenge was “Down to Earth” by Jon Insetta of Restaurant Orsay in Jacksonville. All proceeds from the event benefited Feeding Northeast Florida.

1.5 oz. St. Augustine Distillery Florida Cane Vodka

1 oz. Kumquat-Strawberry Shrub

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1 oz. Aperol

0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth

2 Dashes Celery Bitters
