Rum Recipes

Brooklynite

•  2 ounces Pot Distilled Rum
•  1 ounce honey syrup
•  1 ounce lime juice
•  few dashes of bitters

Garnish with orange peel.

 


 

Mojito

•  2 ounces Pot Distilled Rum
•  0.75 ounce lime juice
•  0.75 ounce simple syrup
•  10 leaves of fresh mint
•  top with soda water

Garnish with fresh mint.

 


 

Queen Park Swizzle

•  2 ounces Pot Distilled Rum
•  0.75 ounces simple syrup
•  0.75 ounces fresh lime juice
•  4 dashes of Angostura bitters
•  Mint leaves

Add all ingredients in a shaker, including bitters and a portion of the mint leaves. Shake and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

 


 

Piña Colada

•  3 ounces Pot Distilled Rum
•  2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
•  2 ounce Coco Real
•  1 ounce heavy cream

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar and garnish with fresh pineapple leaves.

Classic Daiquiri

•  2 ounces Pot Distilled Rum
•  1 ounce fresh lime juice
•  1 ounce simple syrup

Add all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

 


 

Riberia Rider

•  1.5 ounces Pot Distilled Rum
•  1 ounce fresh lemon juice
•  0.75 ounce Aperol
•  0.75 ounce velvet falernum
•  2 dashes of Angostura bitters
•  Lemon peel

Add all ingredients in a shaker, including bitters. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
